Clearing cookies is a great first port of call if you are having issues loading up websites (like Arbor) or with formatting issues.

Chrome -

To clear your cookies whilst using chrome, on an open browser, click the 3 vertical dots on the top right of the screen as shown, and then go into settings.

From here, it is easiest to use the search bar at the top. Type in 'cookies' and click on the tab under 'Privacy and security' called 'Clear browsing data'

From here you can leave all the shown options ticked and set the time range to 'last 24 hours'.

After clicking clear data, your cookies have now been cleared. It may take a moment to clear, but now you can re-launch your browser and try login again. If this doesn't work, contact the Helpdesk for further assistance.

Edge -

Clearing your cookies on Edge is a very similar process, it just looks a bit different.

Firstly, on your Edge browser, click on the three horizontal dots at the top right, and then go down and select Settings.

On the settings page, type 'cookies' into the search bar. We want to go to the top result and select 'Choose what to clear'

Select your time range as 'Last 24 hours' and leave all the items selected, then select 'Clear now'.

It may take a moment to clear, but now you can re-launch your browser and try login again. If this doesn't work, contact the Helpdesk for further assistance.
