Go to the search bar at the bottom and type in "RDS" (remote desktop connection), press enter and let it load
Fill in the settings as shown below:
Next, fill in your credentials, replacing "stafftemplate" with your username. Fill in the password as required.
you may be required to put in your password or username once more.
After which, congestion should be established.
If you receive an error relating to the proxy server during this process, please follow the guide below:
Type "proxy into the search bar and open up "internet options, once this has been opened, go to the connections tab and click "LAN settings".
Ensure that the tick box stating "use a proxy" is unchecked.
Try connecting on RDS again and see if this now works for you.
