Select the computer you would like to take control of (So that the row is highlighted)

Then click "watch" on the right menu (Under the devices sub heading)

You can also click the preview window to open it

The "Shared" button mean both you and the user have control of the computer. "Lock out" means only you have control of the computer. Click the button again to end the action and return the computer to per device control.
