In your documents folder create a new folder called "Filmora"

Within this folder create a folder called "Temp"

Then open Filmora

If asked please click "New project".

Click "File" and then "Preferences"

Select "Folders" at the top

Click the folder icon next to "Temporary Files"

If the file location is stated as the above, please create this folder in this exact file path (select all and Ctrl + C to copy it and paste it into the file to make sure this path has been created)

Click on the folder icon and browse to this new folder.

Click "Select folder" in the bottom right

Then click "ok" in the bottom right and close and then reopen Filmora
