Once the IRIS app is open, click "New reflection"

If you have done a reflection before search for you login, if not click "Add User" and put in your details.

And now click "Verify account"

Click New Reflection, name it and click next.

Ensure iPod Blue is connected and click Next again.  

You can now start the Reflection from the iPod or iPad, once finished you can stop the Reflection from either device as well.

You can now Save and Upload your Reflection.

This can now be reviewed, Edited and Shared on the web app.
