Open the document you would like to print and click print

When the printer appears click "Printer preferences". This may be in different places for different applications.

On the "Main" tab under "Printing Presets" and left click the preset you'd like (A3/A5 booklet)

Then select "ok" and then print. You may need to put your code in on the printer to release it.
