Login to the printer with your print release PIN (If you do not know it you can find it using this guide here)

Select "Device functions" (The middle icon)

Select "Next"

Select "Presets"

Make sure your paper is not in the automatic feeder yet

You can then select A3 Booklet or A5 Booklet depending on the type required

If you would like the pages back to back skip this step. If you would like a gap between each sheet select the "2 Sided" section, select "2 -> 2 Sided" and then click "ok" in the top right

Now put the paper in the feeder

Select if you would like colour or black and white using the options along the top

Click the round button in the bottom right to print

Remember to log out after you've finished, this is the blue arrow in the top right
