Login to your zoom account on their website (https://zoom.us/profile)

Click “Settings” in the left-hand navigation panel under "Profile"

Under meeting click "In Meeting (Advanced)"

Scroll down to "Closed Captioning" and enable this slider and click "Turn on"

Then click the "Enable..." box below and click save

When in a zoom meeting click the "CC" button (If you cannot see it click "More")

In the pop up box click "Enable auto transcription"
