To join a public meeting

1. Click the link sent to you

2. Select "Watch on the web instead" if prompted

3. Select "Join anonymously" 

To ask a question

1. Click the "Show Q&A" button on the right if the sidebar doesn't automatically appear

2. Then click "Ask a question"
