1. Open Microsoft Teams (The desktop app not the web app)

2. Click "Calendar" on the left

4. Click your meeting in the calendar

5. Click "Join"

6. Click "Join Now"

Before the live event starts you will need to have a presentation open. To share the presentation and start the event:

1. Click "Share" in the bottom right

2. You can then select the screen of the window you would like to share. This meeting will not be live yet. Navigate back to the teams window and click your window under content at the bottom.

3. Click "Send live"

4. Then click "Start" and then "Continue". The meeting is now live.
