1. Navigate to teams.microsoft.com and login

2. Click "Use the web app instead"

3. Click "Calendar" on the left

4. Click the down arrow next to "New Meeting"

5. Click "Live event"

6. Name the meeting and set the meeting time using the fields provided

7. To invite other presenters (People who can present video and sound) type their name on the "Invite presenters" box

8. Click "Next"

9. Select "Public"

10. Under "How will you produce your live event?" you can configure "Recording available to attendees" and "Q&A". If you would like users to be able to chat and ask questions enable Q&A.

11. For the link to send to attendees (EG Parents) click "Get attendee link".
