1. Open Internet Explorer

2. Go to remote access, login and launch the ActiveX bookmark. When the error appears exit the error but stay in the browser

3. Go to the cog in the top right and then "Manage add-ons"

4. Right Click "SWTSC Control" under "SonicWALL Inc." and then click "More Information"

5. Click "Remove all sites"

6. Then click "Remove"

7. Close Internet Explorer and relaunch it.
