1. Open Outlook and go to the Calendar window
  2. In the top ribbon, select "Open Calendar", then "From Room List..."
  3. From the room list, find the calendar you want to open, double-click it, then click "OK"
  4. The calendar will now be added to your Outlook
  5. You can show/hide the calendar by ticking or unticking the entry in the list of room on the left-hand side
