There are two methods to opening a Egress Secure Email from your iOS device.
- The recommended option is to download the Egress app onto your iOS device via the App Store. Simply search for 'Egress' on the App Store and download the app.
Once downloaded, you will be able to open the .switch attachment that is attached to the secure email. Select 'Open with Egress' and the Egress app will load, prompting you to sign in. When you sign in with your Egress ID credentials you will be able to view the message. - The alternative option is to click on the link inside the email which says 'Click to read this secure email online', which will prompt your web browser to appear with a sign-in screen.
When you sign in with your credentials you will be able to view and reply to the message from within this web page.
