Foreword: Some school tills to provide detailed item information to ParentMail - these items will be listed with the transaction. On the tills that do not you will see "Meal" instead. If you see "Meal" and would like to know more you can contact the IT Servicedesk using the details at the bottom of this article.
On your computer
- Firstly login to ParentMail. You can login using the ParentMail icon in the top right of the Durrington High School website or by going directly to pmx.parentmail.co.uk. From here you will need to enter your ParentMail email and password. To reset your password click "Forgotten your password?" under the login form.
- From your main menu, please click into Payments and then History. Here you can then select the statement you wish to view. This will list the transactions that have been made by your child. For further information, you can select a transaction by clicking on the transaction.
On the Android App
- Open the ParentMail App, please click into Accounts > Dinner top-up under Child's Name > History > Select a statement by month.. This will show you a list of all actions (top ups, refunds, meals taken) related to that balance.
On the iOS App
- Open the ParentMail App, please click into Accounts > Dinner top-up under Child's Name > History > Select a statement by month. This will show you a list of all actions (top ups, refunds, meals taken) related to that balance.
If you have any further queries you can raise a ticket with the IT Servicedesk by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org at any time. Once an email is received it will be automatically assigned to a member of the IT Services team who can then look into your request and/or forward it on to the correct party. You will receive any replies to this request by email.
